Release of Liability, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk Agreement

This agreement applies to your participation in any breathwork session and any related events or activities offered by Rebecca Bradley and Feel Good Always LLC (collectively, the “Activities”).

1) Release of Liability

On behalf of myself, my spouse, my minor children, wards, relatives, or other persons under my care, and my heirs, assigns, agents, personal representatives, and estate (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”), I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebecca Bradley and Feel Good Always LLC and their owners, principals, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, team members, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims or liability for injury, whether physical, mental, psychological, or emotional, and any loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2) Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to any claim brought by any of the Releasing Parties.

3) Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Activities may involve risks, including the risk of physical, mental, psychological, or emotional injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate with knowledge of these risks and knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others.

4) Participation Expectations

I agree to follow all stated guidance and customary norms of participation. If I observe any unusual hazard or feel unwell, I will stop participating immediately and notify the facilitator.

5) Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

I understand and agree that Rebecca Bradley and Feel Good Always LLC are not physicians, psychologists, or licensed healthcare professionals, and the Activities are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or emotional condition. I understand that I am responsible for my own health decisions and participation.

6) Health Confirmation

I confirm that I am in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate. If I have concerns about my health, I will consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

7) Arbitration and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement or the Activities will be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. California law will govern. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, as permitted by law.

8) Property

The Releasees are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9) Severability

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

10) Agreement Applies to Future Participation

This agreement applies to all current and future participation in Activities with Rebecca Bradley and Feel Good Always LLC, unless replaced by a newer version.

Acknowledgment

By checking the box, I acknowledge that I understand I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and that I agree voluntarily.
