Join us for 7 nights of movement, healing, adventure, and soul-deep connection in the lush jungle of Nosara. Hosted at the serene Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, this retreat is designed for men and women who are ready to step away from the grind, breathe deeply, and feel alive again.

Each day we’ll weave together yoga, breathwork, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, sound healing, and embodied movement, alongside nature-rooted adventures such as waterfall hikes, beach time, and local excursions. With nourishing meals, sacred ceremony, and spacious time to rest and explore, you’ll be supported in slowing down and reconnecting with what truly matters.
